Nova: ArtFlow AI provides:
AI image and video generation tools
Workflows for text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video
Creative filters and effects for generated content
Paid subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases
User Responsibilities
You agree:
Not to upload or generate illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content.
Not to use AI features for harassment, defamation, adult, violent, or political materials that violate local laws.
To comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
All AI algorithms, app designs, and workflow systems are owned by Nova: ArtFlow AI.
Users retain ownership of their input prompts and generated outputs, but grant us a non-exclusive license to display or process them for providing the service.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring generated content does not infringe others’ rights.
Subscriptions & Purchases
Certain features require paid access via in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions.
Prices and durations are displayed within the app and on Google Play.
Payments are processed securely via Google Play Billing.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
No refunds are offered once a subscription period has begun.
Content Moderation
We may moderate or remove content that:
Violates local law or this agreement
Contains explicit, violent, or hateful material
Infringes copyrights or privacy rights

You agree not to:
Use the app for illegal purposes.
Generate offensive or harmful content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or crack the software.
Subscription costs: $9.99 per week, $60 per month, or $45 per year.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours prior to renewal.
In-app purchases (e.g., credits for image generation) are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of your generated content but grant us a non-exclusive license to use the images for improving AI models and promoting the app.
Facial Data: Not stored permanently and used solely for the purpose of image generation.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at zxinlong0710@163.com. We reserve the right to terminate your account if you breach these terms.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
